We believe in transparency, which is why our pricing is clear and upfront. You will always know the exact cost of your procedure, with no hidden fees to worry about. Our prices cover the surgeon fee, facility fee, anesthesia fee and price of the procedure itself. Each additional procedure cost $2,500.

Common diagnostic testing is an ultrasound or CT of the abdomen, in some cases you may also have a HIDA Scan to determine the functionality of your gallbladder. These tests are normally performed prior to your appointment at our office by your primary care physician or a gastroenterologist. If we need to order additional testing this will be a separate fee from your surgery.

A hiatal hernia occurs when part of the stomach pushes up through the diaphragm. It’s often found near the chest. To diagnose, doctors use tests like endoscopy or a barium swallow. These reveal the stomach’s position and hernia’s size. Symptoms might include heartburn or difficulty swallowing.

An inguinal hernia is located in the groin area. This can sometimes be diagnosed by a physician exam. If the hernia is not apparent on a physical exam an ultrasound, CT or MRI may be ordered.

  • Evaluation Appointment: Meet with our nurse practitioner for your initial assessment.
  • Lab Work: Scheduled during your visit or completed on the same day.

Financial Details

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Secure your surgery date with a $500.00 deposit.
  • Insurance Support: Your insurance may cover preoperative evaluations.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose from various available surgery dates.

Cost and Requirements

  • Additional Evaluation Costs: Without insurance benefits, evaluations could cost around $1,500. We work hard to keep this number down for you but we cannot guarantee it.
  • BMI Range: Suitable for patients with a BMI between 30 to 49.
  • Timeline: The entire process can take up to one month.

  • Initial Consultation: Contact our office to schedule a consultation with your chosen surgeon.
  • Insurance and Payment: If you’re insured, your specialist copay is due at the time of consultation.
  • Surgery Deposit: A deposit of $500.00 is required when meeting your surgeon.
  • Excluding Additional Testing: Keep in mind, this deposit does not cover any additional testing that may be needed.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance for your surgery is due at the time of scheduling.
